SOME NEWS

Lots of late nights working away, trying to get drawings to a reasonable standard. I have some photos from the crafty long weekend we had that I have been meaning to post with a little run down, but gosh, time slips away quickly!

As some of you might already know, I will be part of a stall for the Apple Cart Collective at the North Melbourne Market this coming Sunday. It's pretty darn exciting and I'm getting a little more nervous each day but what ever happens I'm sure it will be fun. Josie from Frances Baker and I have collaborated on some tote bags (she sews, I draw) and we've all contributed to making little needle-books, Kat is some sort of ancient crochet master stuck in the body of a young lady. She has done quite a lot of work on some very pretty things. There will be other bits and bobs but I don't want to give too much away because I think it will be fun for people to come down and see for themselves. Also, there are a lot of other really awesome crafty people who are extremely talented at what they do!

Um, I can't think of what else I was going to say so I'll get back to work!! I will try really hard to post some photos of the crafternoons real soon!

p.s. Have you ever eaten one of those Byron Bay Cookie Company cookies with lady grey tea? No? Well I think perhaps you should (if you're partial to that kind of thing) YUUUUUUUUUMM!
